Ivaylo Koychev was born in Plovdiv, Bulgaria in 2001. He started playing marimba instrument at the National School for Music and Dance when he is 6th years old in the class of Maestro Pencho Penchev. 2010 he moved to leave Japan. He graduated from the Hyogo Prefectural Nishinomiya High School – musical class 35th class. Currently he is studying percussions at the Kyoto City University of Arts. 2019 – 29th Japan Classic Music Competition – 1st prize percussion section for High School Students. He played in the Gala Concert of this Competition with Orchestra at the Suginami Koukaido Big Hall – Tokyo. 2020 – Got Hyogo Uzuriha Award. 2021 – 26th Kobe International Music Competition Percussion Section – Awarded “Outstanding Performance” and win the prize of the Kobe Educational Committee.
Sumono Hikari
Sumino Hikari started playing the piano at the age of five. He graduated from Hyogo Prefectural Nishinomiya High School Music Department. He won the 29th Hyogo Prefectural Student Piano Competition Grand Prize. He participated in the 29th Japanese Classical Music Competition National Tournament. In July 2019, he attended a piano summer camp in Tolmezzo, Italy, where he learned under Luca Rasca, Luca Trabuco, Maurizio Barboro and Mariko Sano. He is currently a second year student at Osaka Kyoiku University Music Expression Course. He studied under Mariko Sano.
