From 2009-2010, Justo Almendros began an ongoing project exploring traditionsworldwide. While traveling, he discovered a common theme: our shared humanity transcends faith and tradition. He used beads unrelated to cultures in his photos to emphasize tradition’s beauty and meaning. He also formed deep connections with hissubjects, incorporating symbolic details into each picture.
2009年から2010年にかけてJusto Almendrosは、世界中の伝統を探求する継続的プロジェクトを始めました。旅をしながら、彼は共通のテーマを発見しました。信仰や伝統を超えて、私たちには共通の人間性が存在します。彼は写真において、文化とは無関係な要素を用いながら伝統の美しさと意味を強調しました。また、被写体との深いつながりを築き、各写真に象徴的なディテールを取り入れました。
