IKKYU AN GALLERY CAFE KOBE. Fenêtre (French windows) by Maryvonne is a collection of acrylic and watercolour paintings that depict her life in Japan and France. She is particularly taken by the French countryside and the autumn colours in Japan. Maryvonne's ability to manipulate colours creates the ambience of actually looking through a set of French windows to the gorgeous landscapes of her paintings. Her style is almost abstract but her confident brush strokes creates intricate details that depict an illusion of reality.
