Megumi's artistic talents are limitless. Her artistic journey began with digital art by producing enticing designs and layouts for posters, pamphlets and catalogues. Megumi became the main graphic designer at the Kobe Fashion Museum and through her interaction with the fashion world she was inspired to work with fabrics to create art. Currently she works with yarn, wool, and plastic fibers to make powerful contemporary art pieces that transcend the medium of crochet and brings life to the three dimensional sculptures.  Her creativity has lead her to drape clothes on trees and colour plants with natural dyes to evoke feelings of warmth and a closeness to nature. In her attempt to personify fragility, her objective it to create and share a colourful and wonderful dream world with her audience. Megumi is also a musician and part of the group GoDFaMily.
